Just dropped into the store for some information regarding a h okme theatre set up. It's refreshing to find customer service that actually knows and understands there products. I appreciated them not just trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need, rather work with what I already have to achieve my goal... thanks heaps guys I will be returning asap to complete my set up.... Great company, Steve and his team where very knowledgable and helped me select my home theatre equipment, the installer that came to my home to install the system was very profesional and knowledgeable in regards to instructing me on the use of the system, I did have a few issues with the system after it was installed but it was all my own fault and Steve and his team could not do enougth to assist me,Great system, great price and i would definatley recommend this team for all your home theatre equipment.

Great guys, awesome customer service and extremely helpful. If you’re looking for anything AV this is the place to go. You’ll be surprised with the prices too, go in and see them, they’ve always been more than good to me.After dealing with several of the other Large Electrical retailers, it became quite apparent their sales and advice are driven by commission, sales push on extended warranties and expensive unnecessary cables almost guaranteed.They guys at Westcoast Hifi are there to help, they will give you good, honest advice and will not try to oversell something you don’t need. The equipment is top notch and if they don’t have it, they will try their best to get it.You can even take you building plans in, they will help you design and equip that perfect theatre room, my favourite room.New TV soon and this is where I will be going.Give them a try, you will be surprised.Thanks Steve and Craig
