Excellent service. Zara was extremely helpful in sorting out my order I have been waiting for, instead of fobbing me off she found some one that could help her.Zara then help me purchased a food vacuum sealer, she was very knowledgeable in this area, instead of the cheaper one I purchased the one with a roll on sealer bag much better for me for camping.I have never had a bad experience at Albany, my order I am still waiting for the staff have been helpful and honest,.

I just purchased another TV from Nathan at the Albany store. Nathan was as helpful as ever and was able to help us with issues we were having mirroring a Macbook Pro to a TV. This was an issue we had spent all morning trying to get help with from the TV manufacturers themselves here in Australia to no avail.Nathan solved the issue in 2 minutes and demonstrated the Apple devices working on most of the TVs' he had in stock.Great staff at this store who are very knowledgable, easy to speak with and gave us a cracker of a good deal. Highly Recommended
