I have nothing but contempt for after sales service provided by the team at Soundlab Osborne Park.They provided a shocking level of support, lack of follow up, & a general apathy that is totally unacceptable.This is despite me having spent over $8,000 at their store.They simply don’t care about their customers.They hope that by ignoring a problem, then it magically disappears.Have a read of my issues that follow, before you make the mistake of venturing into their store.My fully integrated Sonos system was purchased & installed via Jarrod 18 months ago.It included a Sonos playbase, 2 x Sonos Play 5s, Sonos Sub, Sonos Zone Amp, TV & speaker stands plus installation & cabling.Total cost was in excess of $6,000.I chose to integrate my existing CD Player & Turntable, with the thought of upgrading them later.My system ran faultlessly for 18 months.I contact Jarrod late last year as I wanted upgrade my CD Player & Turntable.I asked him to recommend the best products to integrate into my existing system.He recommended an Onkyo CD Player & Pro-Ject Turntable.He purchased them, & installed them himself.The cost was in excess of $2,000.Unfortunately, I had nothing but problems thereafter.When playing either component, songs would periodically drop out.There was no problem with iHeart Radio &/or radio stations.After a number of emails with suggested fixes, the problems continued.I asked him to call out & have a look.He sent his technician, who despite several processes at my place, was unable to fix the problem.Not a great outcome, so I asked Jarrod to see what he could do.He said that any further callouts would incur a $240 fee.I agreed to pay the cost, as I had to get the problem fixed.Again, his technician came out again, he swapped amps, reprogrammed the system, & sent some diagnostics to the Sonos Help Desk.He assured me that he would follow up with the Sonos Help Desk.However, when I heard nothing for a couple of days, I rang the Sonos technician.He said I now had to deal with the Sonos Help, it was no longer their issue.The Sonos Help Desk is nothing but an oxymoron.They assured me that the issue had been sent to second level support, & that I would be contacted.Days later I rang them again, as I hadn’t been contacted.They assured me that it was still at second level support, & I would be contacted.My last phone call with the Sonos Help Desk was on 14-Feb-2020.It is now the 15-Mar-2020, & I am still waiting for their call.Out of sheer frustration, I decided to go to another stereo store, not directly affiliated with Sonos.They agreed to call out to my place to have a look at the problem, without charging me a service call.This was on theIn less than 2 hours, the problem was fixed, & I have not had any issues since.I gave the technician some cash & a bottle of scotch for his problem.I provided them with a referral to a friend when I discuss Sonos products & service.You can imagine my response when asked about the level of after sales service provided by Soundlab Osborne Park.It was far from complimentary.I sent an email to Jarrod at Soundlab Osborne Park on 25-Feb-2020 after everything was resolved.It detailed my complete frustration with their after sales service, their inability to rectify the problem, their lack of follow up & generally their complete lack of interest.Funnily enough, I did not get a response.

I couldn’t recommend Soundlab and Alex highly enough. Alex was extremely helpful with sorting out a warranty issue and replacement of my B & O television. The installation was done with out fuss and on time. Alex is very knowledgeable and professional. Will be happy to use sound lab in the future.

Moved to Perth from Scotland. Number 1 priority was to have a decent sound system coming from having B&O back in Scotland. Only trying to fill a small apartment space in Perth, I could not have imagined being met with a more friendly and knowledgeable bunch. Great service and great knowledge of all things hifi. Really impressive set up and bent over backwards to accomodate my queries. Spent 45 minutes after my product intro speaking all things sound and listening to some high end gear for fun. Amazing bunch and I’ll definitely be back to fill my next pad with some bigger gear! Thanks a lot guys!!

Six months ago I was looking at sonos gear and jarrod's quote smashed the two other quotes I had. He came and set us up with our equipment and helped us out again recently when we added to it. yesterday I wanted to play a compilation cd of mine which we couldn't find through a Sonos search. I phoned soundlab and scott talked us through it. Your after sales service is top notch,very impressed. So good that we referred my sister in law who now also has Sonos set up at home. Thank you to Jarrod and crew at soundlab Osborne Park.
