West Coast Hifi

I am in the process of upgrading my HiFi system and have been exploring the market for the past year or so. In sourcing high fidelity, I'd rather rely on say 10 real-life, owner-user experiences than take at face value, a single incentive-driven review. More often than not, HiFi equipment assessed by professionals is done in dedicated sound rooms with accompanying premium equipment - beyond the reach of many. So I spent a lot of time on the internet and once I had a basic idea of what I was looking for, I started interacting with dealers. I then went from shop to shop, exploring my options. By far, the best service I received was from West Coast HiFi, Osborne Park, where I ended up making my first purchase. The staff at this company have excellent communication skills, and nice people to deal with. Notwithstanding they are exceptionally helpful, transparent, and on the level. Pricing is no frills, and highly competitive. I will be a returning customer as I intend investing in another high-end item soon. What else can I say? Highly recommended.

Simply the best place to get your home theatre equipment. All stores are franchise, and are not equal; the Osborne Park store is the pick of the bunch. Amazing prices (and they are negotiable as well), great deals, always seem to have stock (unlike others), are always willing to spend a heap of time working with the customer (me) to ensure we choose the right product, and are extremely helpful.The other review here talks about after-sales service being poor, which I kind of doubt, because these guys are amazingly helpful. That being said, I haven't needed anything other than after-sales advice, as everything I have purchased from them has worked a treat.I would recommend Vic and the crew above just about anywhere else in Perth. I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Just wanted to thank WC Hifi Osborne Park of the Amazing service,I went to the shop spoke to Vic regarding my reno project,he suggested to come around and see the area,he was very knowledgeable and suggested right set up for both indoor outdoor and tv area. he booked the boys to come install and setup,despite hard access and difficult job they managed to put the time down to install tv and speakers all around the house professionally they covered the whole floor and had professional tools to do the job. they made sure we know everything about the system before they left late afternoon! Had great experience with the WC Hifi team and will use them again for my office.

Really like dealing with these guys especially Jason and Vic, they give great prices and great service. West Coast Hifi Osborne park performed the install of my projector, surround speakers, and ceiling speakers and I am are very happy with them. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and will rectify any issues in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Awesome customer service from Vic , bought sonos equipment as part of a new system and turns out i didnt need a SONOS amp to run my system as other stores were telling me. gave excellent advice on wifi extenders. would highly recommend WC HiFi

I had a great experience purchasing a Yamaha R-N602 Network Receiver and a pair of Bowers & Wilkins 600 series bookshelf speakers. Knowledgable, friendly staff who didn't go the 'hard sell' but did a fantastic demo and offered a competitive price. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Highly recommend this business.

I would like to thank Vic for sending out two very young and extremely component technicians who were able to resolve some issues I had with the upgrade and integration my Foxtel set top box into our entertainment system, I also mentioned at the time I was having an issue with my internet and they took upon themselves to find the source of the problem and fix that as well, this is the 3rd time over several years that I’ve called upon for their service and they have never let us down, I highly recommend their expertise in the supply and service for entertainment packages.
